Our readers are getting busy with the warmer weather like we are.
In other words ...
Even have my doctor out with us.
He has always wondered how I could be so healthy and so strong - so much out of proportion for my size and age ... now he knows.
Granted growing up was spent working the farm and moving rocks so the strength comes naturally and the health is genetic, but it takes continuous work ...
Hey, somebody has to show the kids how it's done.
